Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients
• Meeting sales targets and KPIs
• Assisting the sales team with the listing and selling process 
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Prospecting for listings through various channels
• Managing potential buyers and their individual requirements
• Learning the skills required to become an independent agent
• Providing local area knowledge to clients
• Participating in regular training sessions to stay up to date on new sales techniques and legislation

Requirements:

• Real Estate Sales experience preferred but not essential 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Passion for real estate and excellent customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• NSW Real Estate Registration Certificate or Real Estate Licence essential
