Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Solar Electrician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar photovoltaic systems, electrical systems, and possess the technical expertise to install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar power systems. As a Solar Electrician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of solar projects, contributing to the growth of clean energy in our community.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic systems.
2. Perform electrical wiring and connect solar panels to the electrical systems of buildings.
3. Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system performance.
4. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to complete installations within project timelines.
5. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all phases of the project.
6. Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
7. Work with our EV team on commercial EV jobs
8. Manage and mentor apprentices

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 4 years post apprentice experience as a Solar Electrician. (no apprentice applications please)
2. Accredited Solar Installer and Battery Licenses
3. In-depth knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems and associated electrical components.
4. Familiarity with local and national electrical codes.
5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proven track record
