The Opportunity
We are currently seeking Experienced Casual and Part TimeSupport Workers who are actively committed to promoting choice, control, and quality of life for our clients. If you have a passion to provide assistance for individuals with disabilities in supporting them to develop life skills and assist in overcoming boundaries, then this is a job for you. Workers will assist participants in their daily living including personal care, domestic assistance, social support, and transportation.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A strong desire to work with people with disability to increase independence and community participation;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• An ability to work autonomously, following client support plans and working towards achieving outcomes;
• Ability to undertake personal care;
• Strong customer service experience would be highly valued;
• Report writing skills;
• Flexibility with working hours;
• Possess a current WA drivers license, a suitable car with Registration and Comprehensive Insurance;
• Ability to obtain a NDIS Clearance
• A current National Police Clearance issued within the past 6 months, or the ability to obtain one;
• Ability to obtain a current First Aid Certificate;
• Eligibility to work in Australia;
• Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination status is recommended;
