Sapphire is more than just a care provider; we are a close-knit family dedicated to uplifting lives across the picturesque Sunshine Coast (QLD). Our mission is to provide exceptional quality care to individuals with Disabilities and Mental Health needs through the NDIS system.

Qualities and necessities we're looking for in potential team members:
- Experience and strengths in working with individuals with mental health and or a Disability.
- Have a proactive attitude and the ability to bring positivity to every situation.
- Willingness to turn challenges into triumphs and maintain a joyful attitude. In short, have fun and enjoy your job!
- General understanding of WH&S, current First Aid and CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
- Certificate III in Individual Support Preferred or qualified equivalent experience. (Or undertaking Cerf 3)
- Has a Current NDIS Workers Screening Blue & Yellow Card.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early, late, day, weekend, and the possible odd sleepover shifts per fortnight.
