Job Description:Downer's Industrial & Energy business are seeking experienced
Yard Hands to join an exciting Integrated Gas project in the
Cooper Basin Region in South Australia. The project scope consists of the construction phase of a Carbon Capture and Storage project, which is the removal of CO2 from the gas production process and sending it back to the depleted wells. Additional scope may include compression facilities works, ad hoc scopes and shutdowns.Responsibilities will include; unloading/loading trucks, preparing materials for construction teams, operating plant and vehicles, maintaining site and facilities areas, assisting with site housekeeping, and maintaining store stock levels, and tooling and re-fuelling plant and equipment. You will be reporting to the Stores Manager.

- Attractive Base Rate + Penalties + Project Completion Payment
- FIFO from all Capital Cities, camp accommodation provided on site
- Full Time until end of September 2024
- 18/10 roster - Working 18 days straight (2 weekends on-site and 2 weekends at home)
- 11hr days
- Multiple Mobilizations
- A dynamic team environment and supportive culture, with a strong focus on health & safety
ABOUT YOU- Hold a HR Drivers Licence, Gas Test Atmospheres (MSMWHS217, within 2 years), Construction Induction/White Card, Forklift Licence and Telehandler experience (mandatory)
- Strong heavy industrial, with previous Oil & Gas experience (highly desirable)
- 4WD Certificate, EWP, W@H, Fire Watch and a HC Driver Licence (highly desirable)
- Commitment to safety and wellbeing of yourself and your colleagues
- Good communication skills, strong work ethic and be able to work independently as well as a part of a team
