AddressAs the Export Documentation Officer, you are responsible for creating precise export documents for international and local customers to ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with regulations.
About the Role
- Coordinate air and sea freight shipments to various international destinations
- Handle customer inquiries promptly via phone or email, addressing concerns regarding product damage, pricing, shipping timelines, and orders
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide satisfactory solutions to customers
- Manage air freight bookings and ensure on-time delivery by coordinating with production and generating Export Documentation
- Ensure accuracy in Export Documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates, and permits
- Facilitate export processes including obtaining export declaration numbers and permits for shipments
- Input customer details and product data into accounting system
- Ensure correct payment attribution and monitor receipt of payments
- Liaise with accounts for fund management and refunds
- Collaborate with relevant authorities for QA audits
- Adhere to OH&S policies and legislative requirements
- Relevant qualification in finance, accounts or logistics
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong time management/ deadline focus
- Excellent Word and Excel skills
- Good numerical capability
