Import/Export Documentation Officer

Lifestyle Brands International is one of Australia's leading home-décor marketers, importing and distributing to national retail chains and independent retailers in Australia and numerous overseas markets.

Reporting to our Senior Buyer, your key responsibilities will include: 

• Receiving orders from customers both electronically and via customers’ portals
• Reviewing order details and placing orders with overseas suppliers
• Creating, reviewing, and collating shipping-related documentation – Packing Lists and Commercial Invoices
• Verify export documents for compliance with local and international regulations, checking final Commercial Invoices against contracts and completed orders, and raising any amendments required with agents and customers as required
• Receipting stock 
• Liaising with Buyers, Accounts Payable and Major Accounts teams
• Liaising with suppliers, suppliers’ agents and freight forwarders including use of online portals
• Reviewing and amending export certificates

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (particularly Outlook, Excel and Word) 
• Tencia Business Software – training will be provided

What we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced person, Monday to Friday, 5-6 hours per day, to join the team at our head office in Keysborough.
