Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices and expenses.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable functions, including billing, invoicing, and collections.
• Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Provide financial advice and support to internal stakeholders, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve departmental objectives and deliver high-quality financial services.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and/or Payroll within a government or corporate environment.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations, policies, and procedures, including the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends and discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field (desired but not essential).
