Additional information:What you'll be doing
The purpose of this position is to provide an effective and efficient end to end Recruitment and Establishment function in the Transactional Services Team for all SCHN staff. The position will be responsible for processing the applications for recruitment within SCHN, while monitoring and maintaining the agreed establishment service level and position reporting lines. In addition, this position will be required to provide administrative support to other Workforce functions.

Experience working in a Recruitment or HR Transactional environment
The ability to work in a high volume environment to meet strict deadlines

Please note that throughout the recruitment process you will be assessed with the following:
- Previous experience working in a Human Resources or recruitment environment for a large, complex organisation.
- Strong customer service skills with a focussed and responsive approach to managing enquiries whilst maintaining confidentiality.
- Demonstrated proficient organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to develop interpersonal relationships with all levels of staff and external parties.
- Proven ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment with proven capacity to manage concurrent activities of a diverse nature.
- Ability to investigate legislation, regulations, instructions or procedural guidelines relevant to recruitment processing and on-boarding of new employees.
- Ability to carry out a variety of functions which may be complex in nature and use judgment to modify requirements according to different situations.
- Demonstrated proficient computer skills with experience using MS Office programs and HRIS systems.
