Address• One Independent Committee Chair
The objective of the Committee is to provide independent assurance and assistance to the Chief Executive (and the Board) on Gippsland Ports’ risk, control and compliance framework, and its external accountability responsibilities.
The Audit & Risk Committee consists of four members of which two are independent and two are existing Board Members, with one of the independent members being Chair. The Committee meets on at least four occasions per annum in accordance with the Audit & Risk Committee charter.
