City works is a newly developed department servicing both Building and Civil Maintenance and Waste management, a dynamic professional team.
The role
We are seeking a Maintenance Audit Officer to join the City Works team. Reporting to the Building Maintenance Coordinator, the successful applicant will:
- Liaise with external stakeholders and trades delivering reactive maintenance
- Work collaboratively to provide excellent customer service
- Assist in the scheduling of maintenance works
- Undertake trade audits
- Record maintenance works information using Council's corporate systems
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- Sound knowledge of building infrastructure
- Capability to resolve maintenance issues in timely manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The salary for this position is $70,143 - $74,858 per annum plus superannuation.
