This renowned organisation provides an essential service to all Victorian road users. They are forever growing and changing along with the greater Victorian population, and as such, are currently seeking multiple Customer Service aficionados to join their cluster of offices in Geelong, Werribee, and Hoppers Crossing in the capacity of Customer Service & Licence Testing Officers.
Your new role
- You will provide excellent Customer Service in a fast-paced environment across a variety of channels such as concierge and the Customer Service front counter
- Some of your duties will include answering customer queries, and processing licence and registration payments and renewals
- Licence testing involves computer Licence Testing, but also being out on the roads with learner drivers as they complete their drive test on a pre-determined test route.
- You will conduct vehicle inspections to ensure they are safe/compliant to be taken out on the roads for a licence test
- You will be instructing and assessing drivers to ensure they follow the road rules and are capable of driving safely
- You will be on call until 9:30am on your rostered days off to account for unforeseen circumstances
- You will be primarily based at the Geelong or Werribe office, with the flexibility and willingness to work at other offices across the cluster from time to time (Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, and occasionally Colac)
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive face-to-face Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
- The flexibility and availability to work a range of hours (20–38 hours) each week from Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm
- The ability and willingness to travel to Geelong, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, and on occasion, Colac for work
- High attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- You MUST hold a current and valid full driving licence with minimal loss of demerit points
- You must have the ability to work in both a seated and standing position
