• Upcoming full time contract positions - $30-35p/h
• Opportunities within the Public Sector - Local Councils
• Various locations in Greater Sydney (Sydney CBD - Blacktown)

About the roles:

• Manage mailboxes and respond to or triage emails
• Prepare documentation and reports
• Handle internal and external inquiries as needed
• Update and maintain internal databases
• Data entry with accuracy
• General office duties including filing and scanning

Your profile will ideally demonstrate:

• Demonstrated administrative experience
• Government experience is highly regarded, particularly Local Government
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.)
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills (written and verbal)
• Good ability to manage competing priorities
