Find your future with us.As our business grows, we are seeking Fabrication Operators to join our Manufacturing Operations in Port Melbourne on day, afternoon and night shifts on a full-time permanent basis. - We have a three-shift operation:
Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm – 11pm (15% Salary loading)
Night Shift: 10pm – 6:30am (30% Salary loading)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- Reliable and willingness to undertake shift work is essential
- Any previous experience using automated machinery is desirable
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Literacy and numeracy skills to enable you to follow and interpret work instructions
- Capable of hand forming carbon fibre fabric into aircraft structural parts
- Ability to work independently or part of a diverse team towards a common goal and to agreed deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Assertive, self-motivated and capable of working with initiative
- Comfortable working with your hands and standing for long periods of time
- Willing to complete hands on, physical and repetitive work
- Commitment to OHS procedures
- Basic computer skills
