Based in Wodonga.  RMR Engineering are a multifaceted manufacturing group. Providing a diverse range of Engineering, Fabrication, Site Services and Product Development. To the Food & Beverage, Defence, Utilities, Construction, and Manufacturing industries.

With ongoing expansion and investment in Advanced Manufacturing Technology.  We are seeking a dynamic Fabrication / Site Leading Hand, to act as first line supervisory / management at our manufacturing facilities and customer sites being the link between our team, our Project Supervisors, Manufacturing Teams and Customers.

Previous experience of working in a supervisory role within a fast moving manufacturing environment, where no two days are ever the same is essential.

Experience required.

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Trade qualifications and competency in aspects of fabrication and welding.
• The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Engineering and production knowledge.
• Customer focused.
• Forklift licence.
• Scissor lift licence.
• Driver’s licence is essential.
• Knowledge of Health and safety legislation and requirements. JSA’s and SWMS’s.
• Quality control of ongoing and completed jobs.
• Ensuring on time delivery of materials, sub-assemblies and contractors.
• Manage site installations in line with contract requirements.
• Provide quotations, estimates and site measurements.
• Supervise trades people, apprentices and sub- contractors as required.
• Experience of working within the food industry is desirable.
