As we expand our operations, we seek a skilled Fabricator / Workshop Supervisor in Leeton to join our dynamic team and play a key role in our success!

As a Fabricator / Workshop Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating daily workshop activities to ensure efficiency and productivity to meet targets.
• Overseeing a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Maintaining a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols.
• Ensuring quality standards are met through meticulous inspection.
• Collaborating with Management to optimize processes and efficiency.
• Conducting regular performance reviews and provide training opportunities for team members.
• Implementing process improvements to enhance workflow and quality.
• Using CAD to design and draw for quotes / jobs.
• Quoting to meet set profit margins.

We will require you to have:

• Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of workshop operations and technical processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
• Proficient in using relevant tools and equipment.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to safety standards and quality assurance.
• Degree/Certification.
