About the opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join our team. This role will provide the opportunity to learn and develop new skills in the area of criminal law.
Duties
- Provide high-level legal administrative and practice management support to our team
- Telephone management including client, barrister, third party liaison
- Drafting correspondence
- Preparing briefs
- Opening, closing, and archiving matters
- Maintaining paper and electronic files
- Scanning, copying, and collating, documents
- Monitoring critical dates to ensure deadlines are met
- Filing documents (physical and electronic) internally and externally
- Diary management including arranging appointments, teleconferences and audio visual link bookings
- Maintenance of the office
- Ad hoc administration tasks
- Develop, refine and maintain practice management system and processes
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and proactive candidate who has good written and communication skills.
Prior experience in a similar role is required.
