Public Sector People are working with a Council in the South East of Melbourne to recruit Facilities Administrator within the community arts and culture department.
- Process work requests accurately using corporate systems
- Open/close facilities, arrange furniture/equipment for events
- Ensure facilities are clean and set up for functions/events
- Maintain attendance records and program enrolments
- Advise Team Leader on hirers' compliance with conditions, facility checks
- Assist in program development and community participation
- Support promotion of programs/facilities through media liaison
- Administer First Aid as Occupational First Aid Officer when needed
- Working with Children's Check
- Police Check
- Victorian Driving license
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate
- Previous experience in this field
