About the role
You will be responsible for delivering a variety of general administration duties within their facilities team.
Key duties
- Managing and coordinating reports and maintenance
- Liaising with both internal and external customers
- Follow up, manage, monitor and communicate regarding works in progress
- Processing financial administration task including data input, raising purchase orders via TechOne etc.
- Booking of venue management
- Supporting the Facilities Management department in the logistic movements
- Demonstrated experience using TechOne and other software applications used in a facilities management environment.
- Experience as a Facilities Administrator
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
