About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a skilled Property Administrator to join us in optimising our Victorian Asset Management mixed-use property portfolio. Reporting into the Head of Asset Management, this role is instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of lease administration processes, stakeholder management, invoicing and process enhancement.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Utilise advanced Excel skills to assist in preparation of budgets, outgoings, and reconcile arrears.
  • Collaborate with Trust Accountants to maintain precise budget coding.
  • Prepare and finalise lease documents.
  • Ensure lease compliance and timely execution of documentation.
  • Manage sales data reporting and update spreadsheets for review.
  • Assist in new lease deals and manage communication.
  • Ensure efficient invoicing processes and timely payments.
  • Maintain accurate records in Property Management database.
  • Manage bank guarantee and insurance tracking registers.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of property managements.
  
About the Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in lease administration or property management (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience with Property Management Software such as Cirrus8 (preferred but not essential).
  • Accounts Payable or invoice management experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
