About the Role:
Currently we have 16 centres across WA (metro and regional locations).Due to exciting growth within our organisation, we are looking for an experienced Facilities Officer to support our team on a part-time basis. Additional hours may be available depending on Operational needs. This role will be based at our Head Office in Subiaco with opportunities to travel and work out of centres across WA. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring PCYC centres are safe, efficient and meet all requirements for the delivery of our programs, recreation and community activities
- Coordinating infrastructure and asset functions across PCYC to ensure smooth and efficient operations, and a seamless service between PCYC staff, partners, and stake holders
- Coordinating the daily operation of PCYC fleet, assets, properties, Facilities and infrastructure.
- Running procurement process for asset and facility maintenance, including for trades, service providers and facilities maintenance.

- Proven experience and sound knowledge related facilities, operation of buildings and sites and maintenance.
- Proficient with use of computers and a range of systems
- Demonstrate high level of interpersonal, communications, consultation, and negotiations skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge and experience in general procurement and purchasing practices
- Current ‘C’ class Western Australian drivers’ licence
