The Operations Coordinator will support the Operations Manager in managing the overall operations, maintenance and smooth running of a portfolio of retail centres in QLD.
Duties:
You will assist with all aspects of hard and soft services, contractor induction and management, OH&S, preventative, and reactive maintenance, and have exposure to OPEX and CAPEX budget management. You will deliver small projects, assist tenancy coordination, and provide overall operational support.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a Facilities, Maintenance or Operations Assistant/Coordinator
- Strong administration and technical skills
- Strong knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety, Compliance and Risk
- Ability to learn and understand property specific terminology and confidently liaise with industry professionals
- The ability to communicate with others and work in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritise at a high level
