About the Role
Join our dynamic team at Beatty Park Leisure Centre which is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our community. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Booking Officer to support our booking processes and ensure seamless coordination of appointments and schedules.
Other key duties of the role include:
- Managing booking requests from customer via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Coordinating schedules and bookings and updating and maintaining booking system with accurate information.
- Providing excellent customer service to customers throughout the booking process.
- Assisting with resolving conflicts or issues related to bookings.
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- To be proficient in using booking software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
