Role Summary:
As our Book Keeper / Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes and ensuring that our team members are compensated accurately and on time. Your expertise in bookkeeping and proficiency with MYOB will be crucial in maintaining our financial records and supporting our financial management. You will work alongside our current Book Keeper as a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process
- Ensure accurate processing of payroll in accordance with legislative requirements.
- Maintain employee payroll records.
- Liaise with staff regarding payroll-related queries.
- Prepare reports for management on payroll and related matters.
- Assist in bookkeeping and financial record keeping.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Assist with Book Keeping requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll processing and Bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MYOB is essential.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and requirements.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
