About the role
In this role you will be supporting the National Facilities Manager, by providing tactical Contract Management of the outsourced Facilities Management solutions for all contractual deliverables for our Melbourne and Queensland portfolios. The role will support critical strategic Facilities Management outcomes including managing beneficial solutions for the Group’s Facilities Management deliverables, financial management and performance, strategic asset management outcomes, SLA / KPI deliverables and audits of the Facilities Management provider.
This is a permanent role based from our Collins Street, Melbourne office, with the requirement to regularly attend other metropolitan warehouses and depots. Visits to our Queensland portfolio is expected to occur 6 monthly. You will be based on site however encouraged to work flexibly where possible.
Key Responsibilities include
- Providing strategic Contract Management with preferred Vendor on all contractual deliverables
- Internal stakeholder relationships relating to all aspects of Facilities Management deliverables
- Establishing key compliance and performance metrics
- Ensure reporting reflects the key objectives of the Facilities Management function
- Financial management and performance
- Strategic asset management
About You
- Previous experience in Facilities Management
- Facilities contract management experience
- Hold a valid Driver’s Licence
- Proficient with Microsoft suite of programs to develop reports
