What does the job involve?
You'll work alongside with our client, who sits within the Australian Government portfolio. Day to day, you will coordinate the facilities management in a mix of Owned Properties and Leased Premises within the designated portfolio. You will also support the service delivery functions of Government Client tenants and Facilities Managers.
A snapshot of the role:
- Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client's expectations,
- Ensure all maintenance work orders are completed on time to a high standard,
- Complete, update and maintain applicable web-based management information system, including uploading various property documentation,
- Assisting with ongoing budgeting requirements for both Commercial and Residential portfolios,
- Ensuring that all working environments meet all requisite WH&S standards.

You're a confident self-starter, and you love building client relationships. You've got excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus and exceptional administration skills. You adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic workplace. You think on-the-go and can collaborate with multiple stakeholders with ease.
This role is subject to Commonwealth Government Security vetting processes where you must be an Australian Citizen in order to conduct this check.
