What this job involves
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Facilities Coordinator to work onsite with a client in Banyo, Brisbane. This role will coordinate the day to day client activities for the assigned property/facility.
Snapshot of the role:
- Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget
- Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operations
- Ensure all FM requirements are met
- 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required
- Manage issues/complaints raised by the client for respective site.
- Manage work orders to ensure they meet the timeframe and invoices are received in a timely manner from vendors
- Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures

- Experience with facilities management
- A motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to their client.
- Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Possess a can do attitude with proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- A strategic thinker who is capable of dealing with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively
