Job description

Seeking an organised and flexible multitasker with excellent communications skills, warmth and empathy to play a varied and important role in an inclusive NFP!

  • Excellent Customer service and Project Management Experience 
  • Six additional paid leave days including birthday and self-care days
  • Bowen Hills location. 10-month contract commencing ASAP.

Person focussed facilities management & administration role playing a pivotal role within an important NFP, committed to supporting a marginalised population. 
This client-centric not for profit organisation delivers non-judgemental health services to people who use substances throughout Queensland. In responding to the diverse needs of its clients, it values self-determination, accountability, difference, self-respect and more, to provide an honest, quality service underpinned by a social justice network.
This 10-month contract role is a great opportunity for an organised, flexible multitasker who is disciplined, motivated and able to work efficiently and effectively autonomously. You have the communication skills, a can-do attitude and an unflappability that will help manage multiple sites, a fleet of vehicles and an imminent office relocation.  
This role is best suited to an easy going, warm and inspired self-starter who is able to multi-task! One that has the ability to converse easily with internal and external stakeholders. An excellent planner and problem solver who can handle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities, whilst working with a multidisciplinary team.  
With strong admin skills, facility management experience and a calm yet confident approach, you are able to keep multiple balls in the air, whilst maintaining a friendly and approachable disposition.
If you are a dynamic and motivated administrator with experience in project/facilities management and have the discipline to work autonomously within a committed, warm & supportive team - this may just be the role for you!
