What this opportunity involves:

Working onsite with our global investment management client, you’ll be the face of JLL and our client—that’s why creating a welcoming yet professional image of the company is vital to your role.

As our stakeholders’ first point of contact, this role is responsible for reception duties and is required to work with the Regional Operations Manager, local engineering manager and rest of team, supporting activities such as invoicing and purchase orders, reporting and dashboard completion, consumables ordering and general administrative duties.

Therefore, you must demonstrate high levels of customer service and integrity, especially in handling enquiries, issues and complaints.

Please note this is a part-time job share with 2 x positions:

Morning: 8.30am - 1.30pm

Afternoon: 1pm - 5pm

An Overview of the role:

  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Managing office supplies inventory
  • Handling paperwork on maintenance-related activities
  • Updating the phone directory, company brochures, SOP’s & regular newsletter communications.
  • Preparing monthly reports to the client
  • Escort contractors on-site and procure vendors & services as needed
  • Overflow reception/front desk work will be required
  • Management of the on-site receptionist
  • Overseeing account and client budgets

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:

  • Front of house whizz with 2 years’ customer service experience within a corporate environment
  • People management experience will be an advantage
  • Well presented with strong stakeholder engagement
  • Capable of managing conflicting priorities and applying a holistic approach to problem solving
  • Finance and financial reporting experience would be of benefit as well for the purpose of client reporting tasks
