Facilities Coordinator - Part-Time or Full-Time

What this job involves:You’ll work at a renowned shopping centre at the Gold Coast, taking advantage of the seaside environment, learning all there is to know about Operations Management in a retail environment.The working hours are Monday – Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm and the role will assist the centre operations team with the day-to-day management and smooth operation of the shopping centre, including loading dock supervision, daily asset inspections, tenant communication, waste/ rubbish control as well as contractor management. Other key responsibilities will include understanding risk and compliance measures that cover the common mall areas and external areas accessed by the public, conducting centre inspections daily prior to the centre opening, ensuring any hazards or issues are reported and completing property audits to their set frequency and process.
