An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator to work across a National property portfolio.
As the Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator, you will assist with all aspects of facilities management across the group’s portfolio. This an opportunity to work with a varied National portfolio within retail, residential, office and industrial properties.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing a maintenance program across the portfolio
- Ensuring compliance notices are handled in a timely manner
- Managing and coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Identifying and managing repairs from start to end
- Appointing and managing reliable contractors
- Ensuring work is completed proficiently and cost effectively
- Ensuring work is paid for on time utilising the work order software
- Availability for after hours emergency response
- Facilitate incoming and exiting tenants with documentation as needed
Qualifications & experience
- You will have a minimum 3 years experience working in the facilities and maintenance area
- Formal qualifications and/or equivalent experience
- Multiple property sector experience highly desirable
- You will be highly motivated, solutions focused and will exhibit high attention to detail
- Proficient in work order software use
