Facilities Manager

As an experienced Facilities Manager, you'll bring extensive expertise in facilities management coupled with strong leadership capabilities. Working alongside a high achieving property team, your role will involve overseeing daily client activities within the assigned asset. You'll be instrumental in implementing robust building procedures, setting performance measures, and ensuring compliance with established standards.
Your responsibilities will extend to enhancing on-site operations through the promotion of best practices and the development of streamlined processes. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining property safety by fostering adherence to health and safety regulations.

Role Overview:

• Responsible for the management of an A-Grade building
• Consistent high levels of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
• CAPEX/OPEX management
• Manage and coordinate the delivery of all Facilities Management services
• Management of all service contracts
• Establish effective day to day business relationships with property managers and take a proactive approach to requirements
• Monthly client reporting, contractor management
• Financial reporting
• Out of office maintenance attention

Here's what we're looking for:

• A proven track record with at least 3 years in Facilities Management
• Exceptional communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Financial acumen to effectively manage CAPEX projects and property maintenance
• Strong subcontractor and supplier management skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach and exceptional organizational abilities
