About the Opportunity
A unique opportunity exists for a full time Facilities Manager to join our growing success and become a part of a vibrant working environment. Working within the dynamic Asset Management team, based in Canberra, this role will allow you to showcase your existing skills and further develop your career with a great company.
Key responsibilities will include.
- Supervising and monitoring all operations and maintenance of the property
- Ability to be hands on in regard to non-trade specific tasks
- Familiarity and monitoring of correct operation of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, fire services and other systems and equipment including; electrical switch gear, chiller plan, air conditioning, and lighting systems
- Liaising with tenant and service contractors
- Compliance with the relevant legislation and organisational processes
- Enhancement of the management and performance of the property
- Reporting and documentation in line with client and organisational procedures

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Relevant statutory licenses
