SOI Virtual Services Pty Ltd is seeking a Facilities Manager who will ensure that the services we deliver, meet and exceed the expectations of stakeholders and consumers.

Annual salary of $70,000 plus superannuation

Task & Responsibilities

The successful applicant will undertake the following tasks at SOI Virtual Services Pty Ltd:

• Day-to-day cost-effective operational management of the facility.
• Successful on-boarding of Virtual Clients and manage service contracts.
• Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and financial reporting.
• Provide advice and support for the overall maintenance of the facility.
• Oversee and work effectively with other team members to achieve great service outcomes.
• Contribute to the review and resolution of client issues including implementation of service improvement programs. 
• Conduct facility inspections to ensure compliance with OH&S and maintain risk management procedures. 
• Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.
• Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies. 

Qualification & Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong management and relationship development skills

Ability to work independently and with other team members
