About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced manager to lead our Thornleigh Facility, on a full-time fixed term (6 months) basis.
You'll be well supported by a team of clinicians and personal care workers who will benefit from your strong leadership and motivational style. You will also be supported by an experienced quality team to assist with quality and compliance management, and the navigation of the changing Aged Care space.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
- Management and leadership experience in a health or Aged Care setting.
- Experience in ensuring adherence with standards and compliance
- Experience in self direction and team work
- Commitment to continuous improvement and the delivery of a high standard of customer service
- Registered Nurse - APRHA registration
- Tertiary qualifications in management or relevant and/or demonstrated management experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management in Aged Care (desirable)
- Understanding of and Adherence to the values of PAC
