Form of work The role is responsible for managing property related facilities maintenance services that supports the Group’s strategic and operational objectives. A key focus is on service delivery, driving efficiencies, reducing cost and mitigating risk associated with management of the Group’s Properties and facilities services provided. A key component of the role is leadership, demonstrated through proactive management of stakeholders and development of Team members, promoting a professional, high-functioning, and collaborative culture, maintaining an effective control environment and service levels, and focussing on continuous process improvement and better use of assets and business tools. Key Responsibilities: Execute key property facilities deliverables, including. Work with key stakeholders to manage day to day operation and performance of the Group’s Property facilities, ensuring they adequately support operational activities. Drive effective and efficient delivery of function operations in line with Company policies, procedures, authority delegations and sustainability / RAP targets.
