Your new roleWe have an opportunity for an individual to join our Reviews team as Manager - Reviews on a full-time ongoing basis. Reporting to the Director - Policy, Research & Reviews the role is responsible for leading and managing a team to review police investigations and referrals to other public sector agencies to maintaining community trust and integrity of the public service.
Duties include:- Manage, develop, and continuously seek to improve the team's work including how review of investigations are considered, evaluated and conducted.
- Monitor and quality assure team performance, record keeping and preparation of high-quality review reports ensuring targets and objectives are achieved.
- Professionally and promptly manage and resolve more complex work-related issues through to resolution; support constructive working relationships and act as a role model, modelling ethical behaviours and values.
- Assist with the collation and circulation of monthly status reports to the team and senior management on performance against service delivery targets and objectives.

- Significant experience in a similar role with an emphasis on investigation methodology and review processes.
- A solid understanding of managing resources to ensure high quality business outcomes.
- A tertiary qualification along with significant senior experience in assessment and review or a related discipline is essential.
