As a renowned name in the industry, our client is committed to delivering excellence in property management services, and they are seeking expressions of Interest from experienced Facilities Managers to spearhead this initiative.
This opportunity creates the perfect pathway to become a Head of the Facilities Department as our clients intend to expand in this field and hire multiple staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the efficient management of Facilities within commercial properties.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Management department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
- Utilise your expertise in building surveying to conduct assessments, identify maintenance needs, and recommend solutions for property upkeep and enhancement.
- Lead and mentor a team of Facilities Management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Property Managers to ensure as a team we deliver exceptional service and achieve organisational objectives.
- Drive innovation and best practices in Facilities Management to optimise operational efficiency and enhance the overall value proposition for clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in Facilities Management within the commercial real estate sector.
- Background in building surveying or a related field, with a strong understanding of property maintenance and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership skills or experience, looking for someone who has the ability or desire to effectively manage and develop a team of professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
