Previous property management experience is highly desired and advantageous, however, we are also interested in individuals who have the right attitude. Attitude is everything to us, we can teach you the skills if you have to have the drive, the motivation and the work ethic to succeed.

Your duties will include: 

• Delivering exceptional customer service;
• Communicating with owners and tenants, including meeting onsite if required;
• Managing rental arrears;
• Open homes as required;
• Routine inspections;
• Outgoing inspections;
• Maintenance requests;
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
• Issuing breach notices as required; and
• Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions.

  
To succeed in this role you'll have…

• Previous property management experience and/or client management experience;
• A current Real Estate Licence/Certificate Of Registration;
• Exceptional customer service skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• High levels of professionalism;
• Be process driven with a strong attention to detail;
• Possess a strong work ethic and positive outlook;
• The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks;
• Possess exceptional follow up;
• A team player; 
• Punctual;
• Forward thinking; and
• A valid drivers licence.
