The Role:
My client is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager within the Retail Operations space. The role seeks an individual to who comes from a strong trades or technical background and will be required to oversee a Retail site on behalf of one of Australia's leading real estate organisations working in conjunction with the Client's own on-site operations team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all Facilities Management (both hard and soft services)
- Walk around the site, engaging with team leaders proactively whilst checking status, providing updates, and following up with all requirements
- Coordinate and manage all trades, contractors and service technicians for maintenance and raised work requests.
- Establishing all contractors are being compliant, through completing site inductions whilst ensuring policies and procedures are being followed.
- Coordinate general maintenance, raising PO/Invoice requests, repairs
- Vendor management and supervision, through conducting contractor site inductions and site inspections.
- planning, asset management, WHS, project management and continuous improvement.
- Handling requests, queries, and escalations from on-site operations staff at the DCs
- Find proactive solutions to any identified issues and escalations whilst onsite.
Requirements:
- FM / Operations experience (Highly Desirable)
- Background in Retail Facilities Management (Highly Desirable)
- Strong multiple stakeholders, contractor management skills and customer service (Highly Desirable)
Extra Details:
- Pay range: between $40 P/H and $55P/H
- Location: Tempe, NSW, Sydney
- 2+ month Assignment (with strong possibility of extension)
- Parking Available Onsite
- Immediate Start!!
- Standard Working Hours Monday to Friday from 8am-4:30pm
