As the Facilities Officer, you'll assist in leading staff in the management of capital delivery, operations and maintenance and facility usage. We're looking for an innovative individual with a solid understanding of statutory requirements of facilities and someone who possesses leadership abilities. Your role will include:
- Providing leadership and advice to the facilities team;
- Developing and reviewing service standards for community assets;
- Developing and maintaining a Building and Facilities Management Program;
- Managing and overseeing all contracts associated with the ongoing maintenance and management of the client’s facilities;
- Exercising financial management by developing operational budgets, conducting financial reviews and forecasts and determining fees and charge's structure; and
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and liaison with all internal and external stakeholders.
