Description
- Manage reception services for contractors, staff, and students, ensuring efficient administrative functions and exceptional customer service.
- Oversee the logging, scheduling, and follow-up of facility and maintenance requests, maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.
- Implement and enforce compliance with contractor management procedures, including induction, permit to work, and access protocols.
- Coordinate and support essential, planned, and reactive works across multiple locations.
- Maintain and manage key systems and facilities, including high-risk key governance, access cards, and parking reservations, while ensuring strict adherence to governance measures and audits.
Profile
- A certificate IV or diploma in Facilities Management or relevant field, complemented by practical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software for effective communication and record-keeping.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities, fostering positive interactions with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, and the capability to work autonomously within a team-oriented environment.
