What does the job look like?

In this 12-month contract, you will maintain the facility and infrastructure of the site to meet safety and compliance standards, Linfox corporate, customer and internal stakeholder standards and requirements. Key areas:

• Ensure the Linfox standard for our facility is maintained
• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and repair of the site buildings, grounds, and associated equipment
• Act as onsite lead for the daily management and maintenance of the facility and infrastructure for general activities scheduled onsite
• Oversee contractors including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, safety, gardening, cleaning, waste management to maintain the facility to Linfox standards
• Financial administration of site-based maintenance activities and following procurement processes

Are you the one?

To be successful in this role, you have an eye for detail and are willing to be hands on to ensure our facilities are maintained to a high standard. You have a customer focus, are able to work across and address the needs of multiple business units and head office stakeholders. You can demonstrate:

• 5 years’ experience in Facilities Supervisor role
• Experience maintaining warehousing and distribution centres with temperature control rooms
• Knowledge in Australian Compliance requirements for building infrastructure
• Experience in managing teams of contractors
• Intermediate computer skills, Microsoft Office, SharePoint
• Ability to be on call to address priority issues
