Immediately available Team Administrator opportunity for a charitable member based organisation. Reporting into Executive Manager your role will be reception based but provide a high level of administration to members and the CEO. Based on North Sydney office, within a supportive interactive team and great training, this role could see you be with business for a longer term contract or even temp-permanent.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Answering head office calls and direct to correct contacts
- Updating of member database on CRM to ensure accuracy and efficiency if material
- Organising meetings, including AV equipment and troubleshooting, meeting rooms set up, distributing materials before and after meetings in a timely manner.
- Co-ordination of monthly and bi-monthly staff and board meetings
- Minute taking and distribution
- Evaluate effectiveness of administration processes to identify areas to achieve continuous improvement
- Offer administrative support to the CEO with tasks such as printing of documentation and meeting materials
- Demonstrated administrative experience, with Cert in business administration or equivalent would be highly regarded.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Use of a CRM would be advantageous.
- Experience in meeting minute taking would be well regarded but not essential.
- Professional approach and attitude, with a strong commitment to team work.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and delivery of quality work.
