About the role
This is an exciting and dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll join our small (but mighty) sales support team to ensure that all property onboarding and marketing campaigns are run seamlessly.
This position presents an exciting chance to delve into all aspects of the real estate industry, gaining valuable insights into how a successful business operates and with exposure to valuable experiences in sales, marketing and administration.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Preparing digital appraisal submissions for the listing agent
- Preparing Agency Agreements
- Preparing marketing material & listings for upcoming sales
- Coordination of photoshoots, stylists & minor renovations
- Supporting at open home inspections & auctions mid-week and Saturdays
- Monitoring live listings and ensuring the campaign runs smoothly
- Prepare progress reports for Vendors based off data provided at open homes and in our CRM
- Preparing OFI packs, Just Listed/Auction/Sold Letters
- Facilitating exchanges and settlements
- Manage social media content

Skills and experience
- Real estate experience is a plus but not essential, we are looking for someone who wants to get their start in real estate and grow within our team
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, committed and well presented
- Strong administration with relevant experience working within a team
- A drivers license and own car are essential
