Job description

Undertake a range of duties which provide an effective and confidential administrative service as directed by the Facility Manager, Senior Administration Officer, and Nurse Unit Manager Minor Injuries and Illness Clinic (MIIC).

About the role

  • Ensuring provision of an efficient, effective, and confidential administrative support service, operating with a high degree of independence in performing the duties of the position while maintaining open channels of communication between all staff within the department and other members of the clinical teams.

About you

  • High Performance – cultivates innovation, is action oriented, drives results and supports Metro North Health's vision and purpose to exceed expectations of our patients and stakeholders
  • Integrity – demonstrates high level ability to prioritise and organise workloads, meet competing demands and act in a timely and responsive manner to emerging and ongoing challenges. Demonstrate decision making qualities and ensure accountability, demonstrates courage in the face of adversity and works effectively / manages complexity to ensure work output and decisions are ethical and invariably of a high standard.
