Southern Cross Facilities Services are a maintenance company with multiple mowing, cleaning and trade contracts throughout the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast.
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team on a casual or part time basis, working from our Geebung office.
Suitable candidates must be able to work well under pressure, multi-task, adapt to fluctuating contract requirements, be reliable, and have a high attention to detail.
Daily duties would include reception and administrative tasks (answering phones, client liaison, filing, office upkeep, etc), with the view to assist with accounts payable / receivable, estimations, work order management / job scheduling, and any ad hoc tasks as deemed appropriate.
This role requires a moderate understanding of Office Suite, average typing speed, excellent grammar and punctation, and a willingness to learn.
