Our Team
The City of Stirling’s Facilities, Projects & Assets team have an opportunity for a Facility Maintenance Officer. The objective of this team is to provide high quality facilities for the City through operational asset management, planned, reactive and renewal facilities maintenance.
The Role
To assist the Facility Maintenance Supervisor in the proactive delivery of Facilities, Projects & Assets maintenance responsibilities. This position is responsible for ensuring reactive and routine maintenance work is completed efficiently by focusing on requirements in all administration and job delivery aspects, particularly pertaining to managing contract deliverables. Working closely with the Facility Management Team is essential in achieving success in this role.
To be successful in this role, the following is essential:
Tertiary qualification in Facility Management or Construction
Proven customer services skills to both internal and external stakeholders to deliver complex information and recommendations
Advanced computer and literacy skills
Fantastic time management skills
Experience working in a busy facility maintenance office environment, administering the delivery of reactive and routine maintenance contracts,
The City has a permanent full time position and is a Level 6 Inside Workforce Agreement position and attracts a salary range of $79,093 - $83,255 gross per annum plus superannuation and fantastic benefits.

10.5% Superannuation plus up to a further 6% like for like.
