Facility Manager

Run day to day operations of a Residential Aged Care home & oversee a clinical team: Care Manager + Registered Nurses. Supportive senior management.

Redstone is seeking a clinical Healthcare professional to join a values-driven provider of aged care and community services.
This Facility Manager role will oversee the day-to-day running of this well-aged care facility in Newcastle.
The Role:

• Lead daily operations and clinical care of this fully compliant home
• Work with an experienced and dedicated Care Manager who will provide you with the assistance to fully succeed in this position
• Permanent Monday to Friday position (no weekend work)
• Oversee a welcoming facility with genuine support from both the senior management and clinical teams
• A values-driven organisation with established links with the local community

Essential:

• Current AHPRA Registration - Registered Nurse
• Proven management experience in Residential Aged Care
• Ability to lead a clinical team, manage occupancy and a budget
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great understanding of aged care legislation and reforms
