The fantastic opportunity:
- Operational responsibility of a gorgeous 30 bed facility with a family feel 20kms South-East of Perth’s CBD
- Hold full profit and loss responsibility; driving funding, managing costs, overseeing the roster and maximising resources to achieve financial targets
- Conduct audits and implement and support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve ongoing compliance with governing legislation
- Lead the implementation of any changes that will be required to adapt to the strengthened standards when they come into effect
- Manage, mentor and educate a values driven and stable team, maintaining a culture where staff are committed to empowering residents and delivering personalised care
- Develop genuine and productive relationships with the community, manage the waitlist and set clear care expectations for new residents
- A clinical qualification is NOT required
- Have time to settle into your role – stable home recently accredited until 2027 with no unmets
- Excellent structure – report into a passionate CEO and be supported by a very experienced full time Clinical Nurse Manager and external specialists
- Very stable and workforce with the role available due to retirement
- Be guided and supported by your dedicated 3D Recruit Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation and career advice
- $125k - $140k + super + salary packaging + 6 weeks annual leave
- Must have experience in a Clinical Manager, Support Services Manager or Facility Manager role within residential aged care
- A transparent and friendly manager who prioritises open communication and is able to set professional boundaries
- Hands on and enjoys working in a facility with a “family feel” and being involved with the residents
- Personable, superb customer service and interpersonal skills, and able to develop productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
